What you'll do

• Conduct regular visits to merchant locations within the territory
• serve as the main contact for assigned stores
• resolve operational concerns
• track and report store KPIs
• onboard new merchant partnerships with the National Account Manager
• provide group and one-on-one product and process training
• identify growth opportunities
• develop and execute territory plans covering marketing, integrations, risk management, and store coverage.
