What you'll do

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, address patient concerns, build relationships with patients and families, coordinate care with other departments, provide direct patient care when needed, and serve as a resource for staff. A valid RN license and CPR certification are required
• ACLS and CRRN certifications and one year of rehabilitation-hospital experience are preferred.
