What you'll do
- Oversee program development, operations, quality, budget, staffing, compliance, and grant deliverables
- supervise a supervising attorney and Intake Paralegal
- maintain practice guidance and staff training
- develop performance metrics and reports
- pursue funding opportunities
- represent the program with funders, provider networks, coalitions, leadership, and community partners
- coordinate client services across teams. A reduced client caseload may be maintained when appropriate.
