Senior Living Caregiver — PM Shift

Job overview

The Senior Living Caregiver is an onsite role in Santa Cruz, CA, working the PM shift. Compensation is $19–$23.64 per hour. The caregiver supports residents at Sunshine Villa, a Merrill Gardens community, with a mission to create an inspiring environment for residents, families, and team members. The caregiver assists residents with daily living and personal care while supporting dignity, comfort, and independence. Medication support, progress reporting, and attentive resident assistance contribute to the community’s day-to-day care and well-being.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, laundry, and general care
• manage medication as allowed by the state
• complete daily progress reports of services provided
• support Assisted Living and Garden House residents and chart by exception as needed.
