What you'll do

• Scale, mix, shape, proof, and bake breads and baked goods
• follow recipes and fermentation standards
• manage bake schedules and oven capacity
• maintain and clean bakery equipment
• complete production logs and inventory checks
• monitor ingredient levels
• follow food safety and allergen procedures
• support catering and private tenant events
• assist with kitchen preparation as needed.
