Wound Care Coordinator RN

Provides clinical consultation services to patients with skin injuries and to those requiring ostomy care. This practitioner also educates staff while providing consultative services. Formal staff education is provided via the RN and ancillary competency assessment programs. Assesses learning needs of a group of employees and identifies priorities.
