What you'll do

• Assist with meal preparation under the Cook or Dietary Manager
• serve meals and follow portion and dietary requirements
• set up dining areas
• clean and sanitize dishes, equipment, and food preparation areas
• record food and equipment temperatures
• receive, label, and store supplies
• monitor inventory
• communicate with residents and report concerns
• follow infection-control, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
