What you'll do

• Build referral relationships with real estate professionals, past clients, and local market contacts.
• Guide borrowers through loan options, documentation needs, application steps, and transaction milestones.
• Use your understanding of mortgage operations to set clear expectations and support smooth communication throughout the loan process.
• Partner with internal teams to move loans efficiently from application through clear-to-close while delivering a high-touch client experience.
