Global Service Manager

Global Service Manager is an onsite role in Houston, TX. Compensation is not specified. The manager leads global Field Service Engineers and the Technical Support Department, directing installation, commissioning, maintenance, and customer support for machinery monitoring systems. The role develops consistent service processes and helps customers use Metrix products with minimal interruption.

What you'll do

• Direct installation and support of hardware, software, and systems at customer sites and remotely
• standardize global service reports
• direct service calls, commissioning, calibration, and technical support response
• develop processes for quoting, commissioning, decommissioning, and retrofitting vibration monitoring systems
• manage project documentation, testing, and training
• strengthen customer relationships and develop accounts
• review customer documents and prepare monitoring strategies
• demonstrate products
• submit expense reports, forecasts, and service reports
• participate in trade shows.
