This work contributes to accurate administration of the company’s venture funds and coordination across compliance, operations, and leadership.

What you'll do

• Assist with establishing and maintaining venture funds
• prepare investor notices for capital calls, fees, and distributions
• process incoming and outgoing payments
• maintain databases for fund and investor information
• participate in fund-related projects
• assist with applicable tax forms such as Form 1065
• ensure compliance with regulatory and fund requirements
• collaborate with compliance, operations, and executive leadership.
