Job overview

The Affordable Housing Property Manager – Unity Village & Holden Vista role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with compensation of $27–$30 per hour. Community Roots Housing works to expand access to safe, affordable, and welcoming homes and manages a Seattle-area portfolio of nearly 50 apartment buildings. The manager oversees two affordable apartment buildings, handling leasing, income certifications, maintenance, rent collection, tenant relations, and rule enforcement to support residents and maintain compliant, well-run properties.

What you'll do

  • Collect and process payments
  • address delinquent payments and subsidy discrepancies
  • assist with budgets and monitor inventory
  • maintain tenant files and resolve complaints
  • complete HUD certifications
  • coordinate maintenance, inspections, and vendors
  • conduct tours and process applications
  • manage wait lists and lease documents
  • manage staff and site security.
