Activities Coordinator

The Activities Coordinator is an onsite role based in Tyler, TX, with a pay range of $14.74–$20.22 per hour. This role supports the Lifestyle team in creating meaningful experiences for residents at Meadow Lake. This role exists to develop, implement, and lead fitness and community programs that empower older adults to live with purpose and independence. The coordinator ensures resident engagement and safety while fostering a vibrant community environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and lead fitness programs for various functional levels.
• Conduct annual mobility reviews.
• Document resident participation and analyze program success.
• Promote fitness center and special events.
• Provide orientation for fitness equipment.
• Ensure equipment safety.
• Assist in planning community programs and resident group trips.
