What you'll do

• Provide immediate post-operative care as patients awaken from anesthesia
• obtain and document nursing histories
• assess patients and record vital signs
• identify and report abnormal diagnostic data
• develop and review care plans with patients and families
• communicate care goals to the healthcare team
• evaluate and document responses to care
• complete Sublocade and Vivitrol authorizations
• supervise nonprofessional staff.
