What you'll do

• Greet patients
• provide routine cleaning and adjustment services
• educate and assist with eyewear selection
• order jobs from labs and document incoming orders
• collect payments and notify patients when orders are ready
• keep optical displays and surrounding areas clean and stocked
• file insurance claims for glasses
• complete sales and patient paperwork
• process deliveries
• maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
