What you'll do

  • Manage or participate in flight harness development
  • research connectors, backshells, contacts, sleeving, and shielding
  • calculate bundle diameters, bend radii, and wire deratings
  • coordinate design compliance with stakeholders
  • create harness drawings, schematics, manufacturing instructions, and test plans
  • manage procurement and schedules
  • troubleshoot build and test issues
  • communicate project status.
