What you'll do

• Develop and implement an AI Ethics Framework for people systems and workforce-adjacent AI
• serve as an independent ethics authority able to pause, challenge, or escalate initiatives posing unacceptable risks
• design and lead Human Impact Assessments
• articulate the company's ethical position on workplace AI
• monitor global regulatory developments for proactive compliance and strategic positioning.
