The Property Manager is responsible for the community’s operations and financial performance, from rental rates and collections to leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident move-ins. The role also sets onsite employee schedules and supports team development while maintaining the property’s appearance and resident service.

What you'll do

• Monitor rental rates to maximize income
• address resident complaints, concerns, and requests
• maintain community appearance and ensure needed maintenance is reported and completed
• implement marketing strategies and department initiatives
• review applications, prepare leases, and complete paperwork
• ensure apartments are ready for move-in and orient new residents
• prepare annual budgets
• ensure deposits, rent, and other charges are collected promptly
• set onsite employee schedules
• support team development.

Why this role

Previous Property Manager experience is required, along with 2+ years of onsite leasing consultant or assistant manager experience, or 3+ years of supervisory experience with customer-service orientation. High school diploma or equivalent required; college-level education preferred.
