Senior Human Resources Business Partner

What you'll do

• Advise operations leaders on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, training, performance, compliance, safety, and employee relations
• collaborate on workforce strategies and people-risk management
• execute compliance reporting, training, and audits
• administer records, policies, leave, and workers’ compensation processes
• analyze workforce and engagement metrics
• support HR initiatives and organizational change
• partner with the site HR team on employee relations and engagement.
