What you'll do

• Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement individualized ABA therapy
• follow treatment plans and interventions to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills
• record session data and provide supervisor feedback
• build consistent relationships with clients and families
• participate in team meetings and required training.
