Workforce Inclusion Instructor

The Workforce Inclusion Instructor role is onsite in San Diego, CA, with work across business offices, customer worksites, and community environments. Compensation is $20.00 per hour. This instructor provides life-skills coaching and training to individuals with disabilities to support independence in daily living and community engagement. The role builds communication and life skills, coordinates with support teams, maintains case records, and advocates to clarify information and help diffuse disputes.

What you'll do

• Coach and train individuals in life skills for engaging and communicating effectively with others
• maintain collaborative relationships with support teams and communicate progress toward goals
• assist with case files and related paperwork
• advocate to clarify information and diffuse conflict or disputes
• perform assigned duties and special projects
• drive between locations and transport individuals with disabilities as required.
