What you'll do

• Lead paid media acquisition across social, influencers, search, programmatic, offline, audio, and affiliate channels
• manage in-house channel managers and external agencies
• forecast and report media spend, revenue, return on ad spend, and attribution
• guide creative priorities using performance insights and customer research
• support campaign calendars and channel execution
• recruit, coach, and develop the team.
