The Community Resource Advocate II – Community Connect role is in person in Hillsboro, OR, and pays $19.02–$20.92 per hour. Spanish bilingual ability is required. The advocate assesses client needs, determines eligibility, and connects households experiencing or at risk of homelessness with appropriate housing and community resources. The role contributes to equitable access through participant-centered service, accurate documentation, and coordination with local programs and agencies.

What you'll do

• Provide participant-centered in-person services at the Community Connect office
• conduct face-to-face and telephone assessments and screenings
• rotate among walk-in management and team support
• may engage in street outreach
• determine eligibility and refer clients to Washington County housing programs
• enter client information and documentation into the database
• explain services for basic needs, health, mental health, and housing
• maintain an orderly workspace and protect confidentiality.
