Bulk Technician

Job overview

The Bulk Technician role is onsite in Austin, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:00 AM; overtime may be required. Pay is $19–$23 per hour, depending on experience. Ally Waste provides valet trash and recycling services to apartment communities, student housing, and senior living facilities, with a mission to keep communities cleaner and properties running smoothly. The technician removes oversized waste and furniture from properties, transports collected items to disposal facilities, and documents service using a mobile app. The work supports clean, well-maintained communities through safe, timely route service.

What you'll do

• Drive a company truck and trailer on assigned routes
• check in, photograph, and document bulky items using a mobile app
• load, secure, haul, and unload items at disposal facilities
• complete scheduled pickups
• report property concerns and equipment issues
• and maintain a safe work environment.
