What you'll do

• Welcome and assist patients
• schedule, confirm, and prepare appointments
• maintain patient records in OpenEMR
• verify insurance and collect payments
• provide Good Faith Estimates
• answer calls
• coordinate with dental providers and clinical staff
• support front-office patient experience.
