The Certified Medical Assistant role is onsite at Monterey County Corrections in Salinas, CA. Compensation is $25–$31 per hour, and the position is full-time at 36 hours. What you'll do

• Perform routine blood draws as applicable
• use relevant electronic health record functions
• take and document vital signs, height, and weight
• assist with PPDs, EKGs, examinations, and treatments as required
• report changes in patient conditions
• assist with hygiene, ambulation, and dressing
• follow clinical processes, policies, and standards
• communicate with clients, peers, and staff
• participate in assigned meetings and continuing education.
