What you'll do

• Serve and lead as a passionate advocate to create and maintain a culture of engagement.
• Encourage, motivate, inspire, and minimize barriers for residents to participate in daily activities.
• Assist the Life Enrichment department with administrative tasks.
• Create, manage, coordinate, implement, and evaluate life enrichment calendars and department programming.
• Lead and assist with group and one-on-one activity programs.
