What you'll do

• Own service coordination from intake through scheduling, resource assignment, and invoicing
• lead and develop team leads and service project coordinators
• monitor operational KPIs, service queues, capacity, and SLAs
• manage partner onboarding, training, performance, reviews, and escalations
• collaborate with leadership on partner strategy and pricing
• improve workflows and SOPs
• work with Product and Engineering on system and automation improvements
• validate partner work and invoicing
• identify inefficiencies and cost drivers.
