What you'll do

• Monitor the accounts payable inbox and enter invoices into SAP ERP and Tangro
• review invoices for accuracy and policy compliance
• process payments and employee expense reports
• maintain AP files for reporting and audits
• prepare and analyze aging and cash-flow reports
• coordinate payment schedules with the finance team
• prepare month-end accrual entries
• review, classify, and post credit card charges
• collect vendor W-9 forms
• resolve AP discrepancies
• use automation tools to improve processing efficiency and accuracy.
