What you'll do

• Conduct onsite construction inspections
• monitor contractor performance, progress, quality, safety, and compliance
• document deficiencies and corrective actions
• track schedules and risks
• review pay applications, submittals, RFIs, schedules, change orders, and other records
• support cost and budget tracking, stakeholder meetings, project reporting, and issue resolution.
