Senior Commercial Counsel

What you'll do

• Negotiate enterprise SaaS, procurement, partnership, and strategic business development agreements
• manage transactions from review through execution
• advise on legal and commercial risk
• develop contract templates and negotiation playbooks
• support AI-enabled legal operations
• advise on privacy, data protection, intellectual property, and product issues.
