What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to the menu program and special-diet requirements
• maintain food temperatures, storage, and food-safety practices
• respond to resident preferences
• support meal service and dining-room satisfaction
• maintain a clean kitchen and safe work environment
• assist with staff training and provide input to department leadership.
