What you'll do
- Screen residents for skin-care needs at admission, quarterly, annually, and as needed
- provide or ensure ordered treatments
- notify physicians when conditions warrant
- document assessments, care plans, orders, and changes in condition
- instruct staff on skin-care policies and monitor compliance
- maintain wound-care supplies and equipment inventory.
