What you'll do

• Clean and refresh guest rooms to Hyatt House standards
• make beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and replenish amenities
• respond helpfully to guest requests
• report maintenance issues and room concerns
• provide information about hotel services, facilities, and amenities
• work with the housekeeping team.
