Bilingual 1:1 Individual Student Aide

The Bilingual 1:1 Individual Student Aide role is onsite in Bourbonnais, IL, with staff hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, following a 10-month school calendar. Pay is $17.97–$27.06 per hour. Menta Academy Bourbonnais supports students with diverse learning needs. The aide provides individualized academic, functional, behavioral, and safety support under licensed professional staff supervision. The role helps maintain consistent academic and therapeutic programming by adapting classroom materials, tracking behavior program data, and communicating student concerns to staff.

What you'll do

• Monitor the assigned student’s academic, functional, behavioral, and safety needs as noted in the IEP
• prepare and adapt classroom materials
• inform clinical staff of social, emotional, or behavioral concerns
• implement behavior program policies and data
• coordinate with staff to support consistent academic and therapeutic programming
• maintain student confidentiality.
