The Customer Experience & Strategy Specialist role is onsite in Englewood, CO, with pay of $30 per hour. EchoStar’s Customer Experience Operations teams work to simplify customer interactions across services including DISH TV and Boost Mobile. The specialist combines live customer interactions with evaluation of support tools and workflows. The role turns frontline observations into actionable recommendations, validates process and tool changes, and helps improve customer and agent experiences across multiple business lines.

What you'll do

• Complete at least 20 hours per month of live customer interactions by phone and chat
• use and evaluate AI support tools
• validate tool and process enhancements
• observe customer journeys and identify friction points
• develop data-backed recommendations
• serve as a subject matter expert for Wireless and PayTV operations and advise on agent-facing tools and processes.
