Vice President of Service & Field Operations

The Vice President of Service & Field Operations role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. The annual salary range is $250,000–$300,000. GTI Fabrication manufactures custom enclosures and skids and provides mechanical and electrical integration for customers in renewable energy, power generation, infrastructure, and industrial systems. The vice president will launch and scale a new service business unit, owning its strategy, go-to-market execution, operating infrastructure, organization, and profit-and-loss performance. The role builds field service capabilities for installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support while connecting customer and field feedback to product improvement.

What you'll do

• Define service market strategy, customer segments, service tiers, pricing, and SLAs
• build and manage the service P&L
• determine internal and partner capabilities
• expand geographic and service coverage
• establish field service playbooks, dispatch, work orders, fleet logistics, tooling, and parts inventory
• set field safety and quality standards
• build service infrastructure
• recruit and develop field teams
• deploy service management and diagnostic systems
• establish feedback reporting and performance indicators.
