Recruiting Business Partner

What you'll do

• Partner with hiring managers and candidates through closing and offers
• advise hiring managers on compensation, leveling, and offer strategy
• manage immigration cases with internal immigration teams
• own offer approvals, generation, extension, and negotiation
• coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding
• maintain ATS pipeline data
• facilitate debriefs and interviewer calibration
• identify recruiting process improvements.
