What you'll do

• Work toward assigned monthly sales goals
• provide customer experiences for Shop and Equinox visitors
• maintain knowledge of club and Shop services, programs, and products
• follow loss-prevention and inventory-management policies
• assist the Shop Manager on Duty with operational tasks
• support merchandising and marketing direction
• maintain housekeeping and organization on sales floors, at cash wraps, and in stockrooms
• build effective working relationships and communicate clearly.
