- build and maintain talent pipelines
- source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- screen and interview candidates
- partner with leadership on staffing needs and priorities
- manage candidate flow and hiring metrics in the ATS
- support clinical operations expansion
- provide a strong candidate experience
- participate in recruiting events and job fairs as needed
- improve recruiting processes.
