The Claims Specialist, Reconstruction role is an in-person, full-time position in Troutdale, OR, working Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Pay is $23–$26 per hour plus performance-based commission. The role supports Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning's reconstruction estimators and accounts receivable team. The specialist keeps insurance claims moving from documentation and submission through approval and payment. By coordinating with adjusters, estimators, accounts receivable, and homeowners, the role helps resolve claim and billing issues and supports reconstruction work after water, fire, and mold damage.

What you'll do

• Gather and organize photos, documentation, and claim information
• follow up with insurance adjusters and carrier representatives
• submit estimates, supplements, and requested documents
• track claim status and update estimators
• coordinate with accounts receivable on outstanding insurance receivables
• maintain complete claim files
• communicate with homeowners about claim progress, deductibles, and balances
• help resolve billing discrepancies.
