What you'll do

• Greet and check in patients
• manage provider schedules using scheduling software
• collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments
• answer phones and emails
• maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
• keep the front desk and waiting area organized
• assist with administrative tasks and patient information updates.
