Project Supervisor, Restoration and Mitigation

What you'll do

• Support project managers during job production
• visit job sites and check crew work quality
• confirm schedules and identify staffing, equipment, logistics, and timeline needs
• coordinate crews and oversee work completion
• assist with dispatching during peak periods
• verify work hours and documentation
• provide status updates
• perform mitigation work at job sites when necessary
• maintain warehouse and vehicle housekeeping depending on assignment
• train employees on production processes and safety procedures
• promote company policies and core values.
