Field Service Technician

Job overview

The Field Service Technician role is based in Jacksonville, FL, with onsite customer-site work and remote technical support. Pay is $28–$35 per hour. What you'll do

• Travel to customer sites for installation, configuration, inspections, preventive maintenance, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting of sign systems
• manage parts inventory and work orders
• collaborate with customers, support teams, and engineering
• write trip and test reports
• provide onsite and remote technical support
• facilitate training sessions.
