Materials Control Clerk

The Materials Control Clerk role is onsite in North Saint Paul, MN, with pay of $17–$18 per hour. The position supports manufacturing operations by supplying production materials and maintaining inventory records. The clerk helps keep production supplied and inventory accurate by selecting and delivering materials, recording transactions, following FIFO practices, and coordinating shortage resolution with the Planner/Buyer. The role also assists with distribution shipping and receiving as needed.

What you'll do

• Select materials for production jobs using pick tickets
• deliver materials to production
• manage material shortage reports and work with the Planner/Buyer to resolve shortages
• complete material transactions in the ERP system
• follow FIFO inventory practices
• perform cycle counts
• assist with picking distribution parts for shipments and receiving deliveries as needed
• follow company quality, safety, and environmental procedures, including applicable Quality Systems Regulations and ISO 9001/13485 standards.
