• Direct Nutrition and Dietetic Services, including food production and service, nutrition clinics, and patient medical nutrition therapy
• lead and develop staff
• oversee policies, menus, food purchasing, budgets, and performance improvement
• provide nutrition assessments, counseling, and inpatient coverage when needed
