What you'll do

• Complete setups for scheduled machines, including four-axis and above
• monitor machine productivity and make adjustments when standards are not met
• perform quality checks and document assigned parts
• enter hourly productivity and utilization data
• conduct capability studies after setup
• assist with setup-related quality issues
• maintain housekeeping and safety standards
• participate in continuous improvement and setup reduction activities.
