Patient Placement Coordinator RN in Anaheim, CA. This position is Full-time and will work 10-hour, Variable shifts. Patient Placement Center Nurse supports care for Providence St Joseph Health (PSJH) patients by evaluating and coordinating the patient intake process. He/she will be involved in taking and triaging calls, and facilitating inbound and outbound transfers for PSJH facilities.
