What you'll do

• Lead a toddler/preschool classroom
• plan and implement lesson plans, learning centers, sensory experiences, and activities
• support social-emotional growth, language, problem-solving, and independence
• assist with meals, diapering, toileting, rest time, outdoor play, transitions, and supervision
• document developmental progress
• communicate with families
• maintain a safe and organized classroom
• follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and health and safety standards
• collaborate with educators and leadership.
