MEP Site Manager II

Job overview

The MEP Site Manager II role is onsite in Lexington, KY, with annual pay of $125,000–$175,000. The position supports construction project execution and works with the MEP Project Manager. The role helps deliver MEP construction work from pre-start-up through completion by coordinating trades, schedules, subcontractors, materials, costs, safety, and quality. It contributes to successful project delivery by tracking progress, resolving site issues, and maintaining project and company quality processes.

What you'll do

• Assist with subcontractor and vendor evaluation, scopes of work, project schedules, and estimates
• coordinate trades and on-site construction activities
• select bidders and negotiate prices
• prepare cost, billing, and status reports
• review drawings
• assist with pricing and change orders
• schedule subcontractors
• track productivity
• secure materials and equipment
• direct supervisory personnel and subcontractors
• support site safety, quality standards, and the company QMS program
• travel to project sites as required.
