What you'll do

• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and individualized instruction
• lead circle time, group activities, learning centers, and transitions
• foster pre-literacy, numeracy, fine motor, and language skills
• observe and assess student progress
• maintain a structured, safe classroom
• use positive behavior guidance and social-emotional learning
• communicate with families
• collaborate with administrators and teachers
• support family engagement events.
